Shipping Policy

Our candles are made to order for quality assurance purposes and need a week to cure after pouring. Orders will ship within 5-10 business days after placing your order. Most items are shipped via Priority mail.

Priority Mail typically 1-3 business days
USPS First Class typically 2-5 business days
FedEx Ground typically 1-5 business days
UPS Typically 1-5 business days

You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order arrives. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed, and orders that arrive later than the estimated time will not be refunded.

Eligible exchanges and returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer; however, we will cover shipping costs for any exchanged item(s). Please see our Return and Exchange Policy for more information.
